For shops, salons, cafes, studios and experts who need regular posts but have no time or staff to run social media. It is not a fit if you want instant follower growth at any cost, or promotion that does not involve your own conversations with customers.

Not included

To avoid surprises, here is what the base price does not cover and what is discussed separately:

  • Filming people, interviews and on-location shoots: posts are built on your materials and a simple graphic style
  • Targeted ads and their budget: we launch ads separately and the ad account is paid by you
  • Artificial growth of followers, likes and views, and fake reviews
  • A guarantee of specific follower growth, reach or sales within a month

FAQ

The account stays yours: the login, password and admin rights are with you, and we work through access that you grant and can revoke at any time. The texts, visuals and videos we create for you pass to you after payment. We use music, fonts and stock materials under their licences, and we tell you in advance if anything limits their use.

The price includes two rounds of revisions for each approved batch of posts: replacing the text, visuals or publication time. If you change the strategy or the goals in the middle of the month, that is a new brief, which we agree separately.

The first content plan and profile setup are usually ready 3-7 working days after we receive access and answers to our questions about the business. Regular posts follow the agreed schedule. In the first month there are usually more approvals than later, because we are tuning the brand voice.

We need access to the accounts through admin roles, a description of the business, the goals and audience, brand colours and logo, photos of products or works, a list of topics to avoid, and the contact of the person who approves posts quickly. Without access and timely answers the deadlines move, and we warn you about this in advance.

We plan in Google Sheets and Notion, prepare visuals in Canva, and make video edits and covers in CapCut. Posts are scheduled through Meta Business Suite and the native TikTok tools. We build the report in a spreadsheet with figures from the platform statistics. If another service suits you better, we will discuss it at the start.

We moderate comments under the rules you approved and flag complicated requests that need to go to you. Private conversations with customers, individual prices and discount decisions stay with you. This way no request gets lost, and the replies do not sound like a template.

No contractor can guarantee a specific number of followers or sales, because the result depends on the product, prices, customer reviews and the ad budget. Each month we honestly review the numbers and suggest what to change. If the work did not follow the agreed plan, we discuss the terms of extension before the next period.
