FAQ

The channel stays yours: you are the owner and admin, and we work as administrators whose rights you can revoke at any time. The texts and visuals we create for you pass to you after payment. We use music, fonts and stock images under their licences and tell you if anything limits their use.

The price includes two rounds of revisions for each approved batch of posts: replacing the text, visuals or publication time. If you change the topic of the channel or its strategy in the middle of the month, that is a new brief, which we agree separately.

The first content plan and channel setup are usually ready 3-7 working days after we receive access and answers to our questions about your audience. Regular publications follow the agreed schedule. The first month often needs more approvals while we find the channel's voice.

We need admin access to the channel and to its discussion group if you have one. Send a description of your audience, the goals of the channel, brand colours and logo, a list of topics to avoid, and the contact of the person who approves publications quickly. It also helps to know which offers and prices you want to announce.

We rely on the built-in statistics of the Telegram channel: post reach, views, reactions and subscriber growth. Each month we collect this data in a spreadsheet and write a short conclusion about which formats worked better. We connect external analytics services only if you want them and with your access.

Yes, posts can include buttons and links to a bot that takes requests or sends out selections. If you order the bot separately, we set it up separately, and it runs on a server or service you choose. Private conversations with subscribers are yours to handle.

No contractor can guarantee subscriber growth or sales, because they depend on the product, prices, the offer and advertising. Each month we honestly review the statistics and suggest what to change. If the work did not follow the agreed plan, we discuss extending it before the next period.
