To avoid surprises, here is what the base price does not cover and what is discussed separately:

  • On-location shoots and travel: we edit the footage you send or separately agreed videos
  • Promotion and targeted ads for the video
  • Guaranteed views, followers or reach
  • Editing of long-form videos over 60 seconds: such orders are priced separately

FAQ

After payment the video is transferred to you in full, and you can publish it anywhere, including in ads. The rights to your original footage stay with you. We use library music under its licence, and if it restricts commercial use we will tell you before editing.

The price includes two rounds of revisions after the first version: trimming, replacing frames, subtitles, music or the cover. A full change of script or a new concept is paid separately and agreed in advance.

Usually 2 to 4 working days from the moment we receive the materials and an approved script. The timing depends on the length of the source files and the number of revisions, so we give an exact date once we see the files.

Send videos and photos in their original quality, ideally without heavy processing, since compressed files look worse in an edit. Tell us the goal of the video, the platform, the topic and tone, and your brand colours and logo. If you have example videos you like, send the links.

Yes, we edit what you shoot yourself on a phone or camera. If the footage is not enough, we will suggest what to add: the shot list is part of the script. On-location filming in Almaty is done only as a separate order, and we do not travel to other cities.

For short vertical videos we mainly use CapCut, and for more complex scenes and colour correction Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve. We place subtitles by hand so they do not cover important parts of the frame. The final file is exported as H.264 in 9:16.

Yes, if the footage includes people, you must have filmed them yourself and have their consent to publish. We do not add faces or voices without permission and we do not use other people's videos without rights. If you are unsure, tell us in advance and we will advise how to handle the material safely.
