On-site visits: Almaty. We come to your location, prepare a shot plan, shoot the video in one filming day and edit finished videos: a company presentation, a product story, a tour of a space or of your work. We do not provide on-site visits in other cities. Remotely you can order only the editing of footage you shot yourself, through our separate Reels and TikTok editing service. We work as a team and agree the script before filming, so the day runs without extra stops.

Who it is for

For companies, salons, workshops, restaurants and services in Almaty that need video for their website, maps and social media but do not want to organise the shoot themselves. It is not a fit if your site is outside Almaty, or if you need a studio production with actors or a large-budget ad.

Not included

To avoid surprises, here is what the base price does not cover and what is discussed separately:

  • Filming outside Almaty: we do not travel to other cities
  • Hire of a studio, lighting, drones or extra equipment beyond our standard kit
  • Staged scenes with actors and extras
  • Promotion and advertising of the finished video

FAQ

After full payment all finished videos are transferred to you, and you can use them on your website, in maps and in ads. We keep the original recordings and hand them over by agreement. We use library music under its licence, and if it limits commercial use we will tell you in advance.

The price includes two rounds of revisions after the first version: trimming, replacing fragments, captions, music or colour. Re-shooting scenes or adding a new filming day is paid separately and agreed in advance.

Usually 3 to 7 working days: one day goes to the visit and the shoot, and the rest to editing and approval. We agree the filming date in advance, and it depends on your site being ready and on our team's availability.

We need the goal of the video, a list of what must be shown, and the people who will appear on camera with their consent to film. You also need access to the site at an agreed time, lighting and order on the set. The more precise the plan, the faster the day runs and the fewer revisions come later.

No, we travel with our camera only within Almaty. We do not run on-site shoots in other cities. If you only need an edit of footage that already exists, you can order it remotely through our Reels and TikTok editing service.

We shoot on a professional mirrorless camera, use a lapel microphone for speech and a portable light. We bring a stabiliser when a scene needs smooth movement. Heavy equipment, drones and studio lighting are brought only by separate agreement.

If the shoot is disrupted by weather or by the site, we warn you in advance and move the date at no extra charge, if the calendar allows. If the change comes from a change in your plan or script, we agree the new date and its cost separately. This way you do not pay for a day that did not happen because of us.
