Outsourced system administrator

We take over IT administration for your office on a monthly contract. We work as a team: we manage accounts and email, and look after computers, printers, Wi-Fi, the server and backups. Most tasks we solve remotely through remote management agents and VPN. On-site visits in Almaty are possible by agreement. We make every change to the infrastructure only after the owner approves it, and we keep a log of the work done.

Who it is for

For offices with 5 to 30 workstations that have no in-house IT person, but where equipment and email faults take the manager's time. It does not suit you if you need someone on site every day or work with closed systems that require separate clearance.

Not included

To avoid surprises, here is what the base price does not cover and what is discussed separately:

  • Buying equipment, Microsoft 365 licences and renewing subscriptions
  • Round-the-clock on-call duty and responses outside agreed hours
  • Replacing parts and repairing equipment on-site outside Almaty
  • Software development and website changes

FAQ

All documentation, network diagrams, the list of accounts and the configurations belong to you. When the contract ends we hand them over and remove our access to your systems. The tools we use remain the property of their developers.

We fix our own mistakes in the setup at no extra charge, however many rounds one task takes. New tasks, such as moving email or adding a new office, are part of the package only if the contract lists them. Anything else we agree separately.

Connecting usually takes 2 to 5 working days: an inventory, access setup, agent installation and a first check. After that we move to the regular schedule. We confirm the exact date once we have received access.

A list of staff and workstations, admin access to email and the domain, details of your internet provider and router, and a contact of the person who makes decisions. If you already have a server or NAS, we need access to it too. Without admin rights we cannot manage the infrastructure.

We do not carry out critical actions, such as disabling an account or rebooting the server, without your confirmation. If a fault needs an urgent decision, we write to the backup contact named in the contract. We agree in advance who that is.

Yes, we set up access through VPN and protected accounts, and connect the employee's device to the agent. We connect personal devices only with the employee's consent and agree separately what we can see and change.
