Who it is for

For companies where the numbers are spread across dozens of files and the manager spends time collecting reports. It fits if the data already exists in electronic form. It is not a fit if there is no data at all and accounting has to be set up first; that is a separate task for accounting spreadsheets.

Not included

To avoid surprises, here is what the base price does not cover and what is discussed separately:

  • Setting up accounting and collecting data from scratch: this is a separate task
  • Automatic scheduled refresh in Power BI Service, which needs a Power BI licence
  • Integrations with third-party systems that do not give access to their data
  • A guarantee of sales or profit growth after the panel goes live

FAQ

After payment the Power BI file or the Looker Studio report is handed over to you in full, and your data stays only with you. We do not keep your exports after handover and delete temporary copies. If the report sits on a Google or Microsoft account, your company remains the owner of the access.

The price includes one round of fixes after the first delivery: changing a metric, rearranging blocks, adding a filter. New data sources and new dashboards are priced separately. It is best to send comments as one list with screenshots.

Usually 5 to 10 working days, once we have access to the data and an agreed list of metrics. The timing depends on data quality and the number of sources. If the data is messy, cleaning takes extra time, and we will warn you about it in advance.

Access to the data: exports from your CRM or accounting system, Google Sheets or Excel tables. A list of questions the panel should answer and who will use it. Your current reports with figures, so we can check the calculations.

Most often these are Google Sheets, Excel, CSV and CRM exports, for example from Bitrix24 or amoCRM. Looker Studio has Google connectors and some third-party services, and for the rest we use a table export. If a source cannot be connected directly, its data will be refreshed by hand.

Power BI Desktop, where we build the file, is free. To share the report in the cloud and refresh it on a schedule, you need a Power BI Pro or Premium licence. If you have no licence, we will suggest Looker Studio, which is free for basic tasks.

Yes, if the source is connected and a refresh schedule is set for it (in Power BI this needs Power BI Service and a licence). Without a schedule the data refreshes with a button, which is a normal option for weekly reports. We explain how to refresh and show how to check the freshness of the data on the panel.
