AR product view on your website

We work as a team. We add AR viewing to the product cards on your website. The customer taps a button and the item appears in their room through the phone camera, with no app to install. We use the open model-viewer component with glTF models for Android and USDZ for iPhone. We prepare the models from your 3D files, or make them from photos when the quality allows. We work remotely across Kazakhstan and do not visit sites in person.

Who it is for

For online shops selling furniture, decor, tableware, shoes and accessories, where the customer needs to see the size and look at home. It does not fit if you have no 3D models or good photos to build them from, or if the items are very small or the catalogue changes every week.

Not included

To avoid surprises, here is what the base price does not cover and what is discussed separately:

  • Product photo shoots and building models from scratch if no source material exists
  • A large catalogue: more than 5 models are priced separately
  • Supporting and updating models every time the range changes
  • A guarantee of sales growth after the AR button appears

FAQ

After payment you receive the rights to the finished models and the connection code we delivered. If the models are built from your source material, the rights stay with you. The model-viewer components are under an open licence, and we list it in the documentation.

The price includes one round of revisions after the first check: model rotation, scale, colour, button label or small display fixes. Replacing a model entirely or building a new one from other materials is paid separately.

Usually 7 to 14 working days from the moment we receive the models or the source files. If the models have to be built from scratch, the timing gets longer, and we will tell you after we assess the materials.

A list of the products to show in AR, with their sizes, and 3D files in OBJ, FBX, GLB or glTF formats if you have them. If there are no files, send good photos of the product from several sides. We also need access to the site admin or the product cards to connect the view.

AR works on iPhone with recent iOS versions through USDZ, and on Android phones that support ARCore through Scene Viewer. On old or weak devices the customer will see a 3D view without the camera. We test on popular models, but not on every device.

We optimise each model, usually down to a few megabytes, and load it only when the customer opens the 3D or AR view. The catalogue page itself stays light. We check speed on mobile internet before handover.

The AR view button appears only on products that have a model, and the rest of the catalogue stays unchanged. This lets you add models gradually without rebuilding the whole site. New models are connected by the instructions we will hand over.
