  • A guarantee that viewers or customers will react to the video in a certain way

How the work goes

    Brief and materials

    You send photos, texts, examples and wishes. If a real person is in the frame, we need their written consent.

    Sample and price

    We show a trial result, name the price and timeline and put them in the agreement. 50% prepayment.

  3. 3

    Generation and edits

    We produce the main volume, check every file by hand and make edits within the agreed rounds.

  4. 4

    Handover

    We hand over the finished files in the formats you need. The remaining 50% is paid after delivery and the rights to the result pass to you.

FAQ

After payment you receive commercial rights to the finished files and can use them on your website, in ads and in training. The terms of the AI services that create the avatar and the voice still apply, and they may restrict certain uses. We name the tools we use in advance.

Yes, but only after you give written consent to create and use the avatar. You decide where and how it is shown, and you can withdraw consent at any time. We then stop using it and delete the materials we received from you for the avatar.

Only if that person has given written consent to create and use their own avatar. Without such consent we do not work with someone else's appearance. If there is no consent, we will offer a non-identifiable character instead.

The text or key points the avatar will say, your logo and brand colours, and wishes about look and tone. For an avatar based on your own appearance, we also need a video or photos in good light and a signed consent. Everything you provide must be yours or used with permission.

Usually 3 to 7 working days from the moment we receive the text, the materials and the signed consent if it is required. If the avatar is built from your own appearance, the timing may shift slightly, and we will tell you by how much right away.

Two rounds of revisions after the first version: text, pacing, background, captions and voice choice. Replacing the avatar with a different look or a new script is paid separately and agreed in advance.

No. We do not write fake reviews and we do not make videos on behalf of people who did not say or approve the content. The avatar's text is based on materials you have confirmed.

An avatar is convenient for explainers, texts that change often and standard presentations. For a personal story, emotion and live contact with an audience, a real shoot is better. We will honestly tell you what fits your task.
