FAQ

You rent the server from any provider. We will advise how much memory and CPU your site needs, and we configure an existing VPS running Ubuntu or Debian.

No, but before turning off password login we check that key login works. You get the key and the username in the memo. We close the old login only after you confirm the new one works.

Tell us which port you need and why. We add a rule to the firewall and check that only that port is open. This is a small change, and it is priced separately if it takes more than half an hour.

We turn off password login because it is weaker than a key. If you need access from a device without a key, we discuss it in advance and reduce the risks with other measures, such as restricting by IP.

We install basic tools to view load and logs, so you can see the problem. Scaling the server and choosing its capacity is a separate task that depends on your project.

Basic commands for daily work will be useful, and the memo includes the most common ones. Complex tasks are still easier to hand to a specialist.

Yes, we set up automatic security updates, but a manual update of the whole system remains possible. Before upgrading server versions, it is better to make a backup.
