Telegram alerts from equipment

We set up equipment to send messages to Telegram itself: when it switches on, faults, low level or a limit exceeded. We use the Telegram Bot API and take the signal from a sensor, relay or ESP32 or Arduino controller. Two-way commands are possible too, for example a status or switch-on command. On-site visits: Almaty. We connect and test on site only in Almaty and do not work on site in other cities. Bot and alert setup can be done remotely across Kazakhstan.

Who it is for

For owners of boiler rooms, pumping stations, warehouses, cafes and small production sites who need to learn about a fault in time without standing next to the equipment. It does not fit if you need an emergency system with guaranteed signal delivery: Telegram does not replace certified alarm equipment.

Not included

To avoid surprises, here is what the base price does not cover and what is discussed separately:

  • The bot as an emergency system with guaranteed delivery and redundancy
  • Equipment that has no output or cannot be safely connected without an on-site specialist
  • Physical work at sites outside Almaty
  • Hosting and an internet SIM for the controller, if they are needed

FAQ

After payment you receive the rights to the firmware, bot settings and documentation we delivered. The bot is created in your own Telegram account, and you keep its token and access. The libraries for Telegram and the controller are under open licences, and we list them.

The price includes one round of revisions after testing: alert texts, trigger thresholds and the list of recipients. New event types or extra commands are paid separately and agreed in advance.

Usually 3 to 7 working days from the moment the connection point and the list of events are agreed. If a controller or sensor has to be bought, the timing gets longer, and we will tell you in advance.

A description of the equipment, what should arrive in Telegram and who will receive the messages. We need access to the equipment or photos of its panel and wiring diagram. If you already have a Telegram group, send its name, and if not, we will create a new one.

In normal conditions Telegram delivers messages reliably, but the service can delay them or be unavailable for a while. That is why we do not use it as the only channel for critical signals. For important points we recommend duplicating the signal by SMS or a phone call.

Messages arrive in a chat that you create and control. We hand the bot token and connection details to you only and keep them in the settings, not in open code. You add and remove people in the chat yourself.

Yes, simple commands such as status or switch-on can be set up, but control commands require confirmation and time limits. We do not run dangerous operations, such as heating or work under high pressure, through Telegram. Such actions stay on the control panel or in a protected system.
