FAQ

In most cases yes: it is enough that the form can send data to an address or by email. If the site is built on a constructor, we check its options before starting.

Yes, the bot can be added to a group chat. Everyone in it sees the request, and you decide who takes it.

The Telegram bot itself is free. If your form needs a paid intermediary service, we will tell you before the work starts.

The message includes name, phone, request text, source and time, if your form passes them. Other form fields can be added by agreement.

The notification still arrives, and the phone field shows 'not specified'. If the phone is mandatory, it is better to make it a required field on the form itself.

Notifications go directly to Telegram and email, while WhatsApp gets only a reply button for the client. Full WhatsApp messaging follows its own rules and is assessed separately.
