Who it is for

For shops, warehouses and small teams that keep records in spreadsheets and want fewer errors and manual recounts. It is not a fit if you need a full accounting system with payments, tax reporting and branches working in real time. In that case, look at a dedicated accounting system instead.

Not included

To avoid surprises, here is what the base price does not cover and what is discussed separately:

  • Integration with a cash register, bank or online shop through an API
  • Tax calculation, legally formatted payroll statements and tax reporting
  • Reworking the table for new processes after handover: this is a separate task
  • Keeping the records for you every day

FAQ

After payment the table is yours: we hand the files over to your Google or Microsoft account, and you may change them as you like. Internal templates that we use for several clients stay with us, but they are not locked away from you in your table. We agree the list of delivered files in advance.

The price includes one round of fixes within 14 days of handover: correcting a formula, adding a column or fixing a sheet. New accounting sections and a rebuild of the structure are priced separately. Send all wishes as one list, so the fixes go faster.

Usually 3 to 6 working days from when we receive the list of processes and examples of your current files. The timing depends on the number of warehouses, sheets and the amount of data to move. We will confirm an exact date after a short review.

A list of processes: what you sell, how the warehouse is kept, how payroll is calculated. Examples of your current files or paper logs, even messy ones. We also need the person who will keep the table, so we can explain the entry rules to them.

We choose together: Google Sheets is handy for shared work and phone access, while Excel is better when data volumes are large and the table lives on one computer. We write formulas so they work in both. A spreadsheet should not hold very large data sets.

Yes, we set up access rights for that: each employee gets their own sheet or part of the table. A spreadsheet does not replace a database, so editing the same rows at the same time can confuse the records. The guide includes simple rules for this.

We hand over the original version and show in the guide where to check totals. For key formulas we add a control cell that highlights any mismatch. If someone rewrites a formula by hand, it will have to be restored from the saved copy.
