We agree the list of pages and features, the price and the timeline in a written agreement. 50% is paid upfront.

We build the site in parts and share a preview link, so changes are easy to make while the work is in progress.

Launch and handover
We publish the site, connect your domain and show you how to edit texts and prices. The remaining 50% is paid after delivery.

FAQ

Yes. The admin panel has an editor similar to a regular word processor, so articles are published without a developer. We show you how to upload photos, format text and set a search-friendly title.

Security depends on regular updates and decent hosting. We set up backups and keep plugins to a minimum, but the core and plugins must be updated regularly.

You need a domain, hosting, your logo, texts and photos. After launch you get access to the admin panel and a guide. Further changes and support are discussed separately.

Core and plugin updates need to be done regularly: we hand over instructions and show how to do it. Ongoing support is discussed separately.

Moving old articles and pages is separate work, which we assess after reviewing the current site. A small move can be discussed straight away.

Yes, the structure can be planned in advance. Translation of texts and the language plugin are discussed before work starts, as they affect the scope.

Administrator access is set up in your name, and at handover you receive all logins and passwords. The access stays with you.
