A website needs to be maintained after launch: libraries updated, the certificate and domain watched, small text and price edits made. For a fixed monthly fee we take this on and message you when something needs a decision. It works for sites we built and for other sites, as long as we have access to the code or admin panel.

How the work goes

Getting to know the site
We get access, review the state of the site and agree which tasks the monthly support covers.

Terms
We fix the list of tasks and the price of the month in a written agreement. The payment routine for each month is agreed in advance.

Work during the month
You send tasks in WhatsApp or Telegram, and we fix and update the site.

Month summary
We send a list of what was done. Support can be continued or stopped for the next month.

FAQ

We agree the limit in advance based on the size of the site. If you need more edits, we warn you and suggest either a bigger package or paying for the extra hours separately.

Yes, support is month by month. When we finish we hand over the latest backup and a list of all accesses.

Yes, if it is written in a stack we know and we have access to the code. We first look at the site for free and tell you honestly whether we will take it on.

An edit is a change to text, a price, a picture or one block within the existing layout. A new section, form or integration counts as separate work and is discussed in advance.

On working days we reply within the day. Requests that arrive at weekends are handled from Monday.

Access to the domain, hosting and code stays with you. We hand over the full list of access and revoke our own, so the site fully belongs to you.

Access to the code or hosting panel and to the domain, plus a backup of the current version. Before connecting, we check the site and note what needs attention.
