Discovery call
We talk through your business, your customers and what the site has to do. Everything is online: a video call, WhatsApp or Telegram.

Structure and price
We agree the list of pages and features, the price and the timeline in a written agreement. 50% is paid upfront.

Design and build
We build the site in parts and share a preview link, so changes are easy to make while the work is in progress.

Launch and handover
We publish the site, connect your domain and show you how to edit texts and prices. The remaining 50% is paid after delivery.

FAQ

Yes, the timetable is stored in a table and changes publish immediately. A cancelled class can be marked so clients do not come for nothing.

They leave a name and phone number and choose a class and time. The front desk gets a Telegram message and calls back or writes on WhatsApp.

We recommend showing them: people tend to enquire more when they know the price range. If pricing is individual, we write "from" and the conditions.

Online purchase is connected as a separate stage through the payment provider's API. Until then the client leaves a request and the administrator confirms the membership.

This is a separate integration that we assess after launch, as it needs access and a description of the system. The site works without it.

Children's classes can be highlighted in the timetable and on a separate page, with age and level. You provide the programme and trainers for children.

Membership terms, the timetable, photos of the halls and trainers, contacts and freeze rules. You provide all of this in agreed form and we move it to the site.
