To avoid surprises, here is what the base price does not cover and what is discussed separately:

  • A certificate or exam: the session raises awareness and does not assess anyone
  • Technical checks of staff devices and setting up their computers
  • Simulated phishing attacks on your staff without a separate agreement

FAQ

We hand over the slides and the memo after the session, and you can print them and share them inside the company. We do not record or publish the session without your consent, and we show examples from your company only with your permission.

The price includes one refinement of the programme before the session: you name the topics that matter to your team and we adjust the examples. Another session or an in-depth module is paid separately.

Usually one to five working days from agreeing the date and the group. We run the session online or in person in Almaty, and if you are in another city we connect your team online.

The number of participants, a convenient time, a venue or a link for an online meeting, and the list of issues your team runs into most often. It helps to say which services staff use, for example email, messengers and cloud storage.

No, there will be little theory. Most of the time goes to reviewing emails, links and login pages that staff may meet at work. Participants try to tell real from fake themselves. We tailor the format to your team.

No, one session raises attention but does not replace regular reminders and technical measures. We recommend repeating short exercises every few months. We cannot guarantee that nobody will fall for phishing.

No, the session runs without installing any software on work computers. For the online format, Zoom or Google Meet and a browser are enough. If you want practice emails, we set up the mailing separately and only with your agreement.
