Who it is for

For offices and teams from a few to a few dozen people, where guests join the work Wi-Fi or shared files are open to everyone without limits. It does not fit if you need a new network built from scratch, cabling or camera installation: those are separate jobs.

Not included

To avoid surprises, here is what the base price does not cover and what is discussed separately:

  • Cable runs, mounting access points and building a new network from scratch
  • Installing and configuring cameras, intercoms and access control unless the contract includes them
  • Buying new equipment or software licences

FAQ

The settings, passwords and equipment access stay with you, and we hand them over when the work is done. We do not keep personal access for ourselves. You receive a network diagram and a list of what we changed, so your system administrator can carry on later.

The price includes one round of fixes after handover, for example if a resource stops being reachable for the people who need it. Changing the network structure and adding new access groups are estimated and paid separately.

Usually 2 to 5 working days, depending on the size of the office and the amount of equipment. Work that needs a network restart is agreed in advance so it does not interrupt your staff.

Access to the router and access point admin panels, a list of devices and network folders, details of your internet provider, and a contact who will confirm the work window. It helps to warn staff in advance that the Wi-Fi will change.

Reconfiguring Wi-Fi disconnects devices for a few minutes, so we do such steps outside working hours or at an agreed time. We prepare the new passwords in advance so the switch is quick. If something goes wrong, we roll back to the previous settings.

No, the network closes typical risks, but it does not protect against phishing or an infected staff computer. That is why we recommend staff training and timely updates. We will honestly point out what in your network remains vulnerable.

Work devices connect to the main network with a new password that you issue yourselves, and guests use the separate network. For remote staff we can set up secure access through a VPN. All of this is described in the memo.
