    Process review

    We look at how leads or data move today, where time is lost and which tools you already use.

    Diagram and price

    We draw a diagram of what goes where, then give you a price and timeline. We fix them in the agreement; 50% is paid upfront.

    Setup

    We connect the services to each other and test with sample data so that nothing gets lost.

  4. 4

    Launch and instructions

    We switch the automation on with real data and hand over short instructions. The remaining 50% is paid after delivery.

FAQ

It depends on where you want your data stored and how many scenarios will run. n8n can be hosted on your own server, while Make runs in the cloud. We discuss the choice before work starts and explain what suits your team.

The fees of the services themselves, which depend on the number of runs, and scenarios beyond the agreed list. We name all amounts before work starts.

You receive the working scenarios, their descriptions and a list of connected services with their access. If a scenario breaks because a third-party service changed, we fix it on a separate request.

Access to the spreadsheets, email, messenger and CRM you use, plus a list of the processes that take your time. The access stays in your own accounts, and we use it only while we work.

The scenario may stop, and error checking will tell you right away. If the change requires rewriting steps, we estimate that work separately.

We do not create a separate store: the scenarios run through your n8n or Make accounts and the connected services. Those services set how long data is kept and where, so it is worth reading their policies.

Not directly: the services have different nodes and logic. The scenario is rewritten from the agreed description, so the description we prepare for your team will be useful either way.
