The first time we explain by phone how to join the call, or we contact one of your relatives. It often helps to have a family member nearby.

Yes, lessons are online and work from any city. You can sign them up and pay on their behalf, and join the first lesson if you wish.

You need the smartphone or computer you use at home, and internet. We explain on your own device, not on a separate training one.

We go over the previous material at the start of the next lesson and work through what did not work. To reinforce it, you can keep your own short step-by-step notes.

No, lessons can be taken one at a time without a mandatory course. You choose how many and which topics.

In the lesson we explain how to undo an action and avoid deleting files by mistake. We go through safe steps and check right away that you did it correctly.
