3D/VR virtual tour of a premises

On-site visits: Almaty. We work as a team and come to you in Almaty to shoot the premises with a panoramic 360 camera. We then assemble the panoramas into an interactive tour with transitions between rooms, captions and markers, and connect it to your website or your map listing. We do not make on-site visits in other cities, but part of the work can be done remotely: if you shoot the panoramas yourself following our instructions, we process them and build the tour online. A tour does not replace a live visit, but it helps a client understand the layout and the atmosphere before they arrive.

For cafes, salons, clinics, hotels, gyms and offices where a client benefits from seeing the space in advance. It suits you if you are in Almaty. It is not a fit for a premises in another city where we cannot travel, though we can do the remote part, or if you need an architectural measured survey and a BIM model.

Not included

To avoid surprises, here is what the base price does not cover and what is discussed separately:

  • Visits outside Almaty: there we can only work remotely
  • Drone filming, floor plans and a BIM model of the building
  • Hosting the tour and support beyond the agreed period, paid separately

FAQ

After payment the panoramas, the finished tour and the source shots are handed over to you, and you can use them on your own channels. If the premises have other people's branding or artwork, we will flag it in advance, and responsibility for publishing it stays with you. We shoot only what you have agreed.

The price includes two rounds of revisions after the first version of the tour: the order of transitions, captions, markers, buttons and panorama cropping. Reshooting a room or adding a new zone that was not on the agreed list costs extra, and we will tell you in advance.

Usually 5 to 10 working days: one day on site for the shoot, and the rest for processing and assembly. The timing depends on the size of the premises and our workload. We schedule the visit once a date is agreed.

Agree the list of zones, open the premises at a convenient time and clear extra items and people out of the frame. We need a contact for the administrator on site and access to power if the lighting is not enough. If you have a floor plan or a logo, send them in advance.

Yes, if you shoot the panoramas with a 360 camera following our instructions, we process them and build the tour online. The quality depends on your shooting, so we will check the first frames straight away and tell you whether they are enough.

The tour opens in a browser without installing an app, and supports swiping or dragging with a mouse. If the browser supports it, the tour responds to the phone's gyroscope when you turn the device. We test the tour on iPhone and Android before handover.

We assemble the tour as files that you can place on your own hosting or website. If you want our hosting, it is paid separately by term and size. Handing over the files is included in the price, so even without our hosting the tour stays with you in full.
