Smart home and smart office

We work as a team. We set up a smart home or office based on Home Assistant, Zigbee and Wi-Fi devices. You control lights, climate, sockets, blinds and locks from an app and by voice, and scenes run on a schedule or by sensor. We choose devices to fit your budget and compatibility, avoiding closed ecosystems where possible. On-site visits: Almaty. We install and configure on site only in Almaty and do not visit other cities. Choosing devices, wiring plans and scene setup can be done remotely across Kazakhstan.

Who it is for

For flats, houses, small offices and studios that need to control lights and climate from a phone or by voice without extra remotes. It does not fit if you need integration with an object-level security system or certified locks that require separate approval.

Not included

To avoid surprises, here is what the base price does not cover and what is discussed separately:

  • The devices and equipment themselves, which you buy and we help choose
  • Integration with object-level security, guard and fire alarm systems
  • Work on the 220 V mains without a licensed electrician involved
  • Visits and installation outside Almaty

FAQ

After payment you receive the rights to the configuration, scenes, schemes and documentation we delivered. Home Assistant and its integrations are under open licences, and we list them. Records from your sensors and cameras stay with you.

The price includes two rounds of revisions after launch: scenes, trigger thresholds, device names and voice commands. Adding new devices or new zones in the home is paid separately and agreed in advance.

Usually 10 to 21 working days from the moment the device list and the floor plan are agreed. Delivering the equipment can take time, so we count the timing from when the devices are in hand.

A floor plan or at least photos of the rooms, a list of what you want to automate, and your daily routines. We need access to the router and Wi-Fi, and to any existing devices and accounts you already have. If the home has an electrical panel, send a photo of it in advance.

Most control through the local Home Assistant network works without the internet, if the devices are local or run on Zigbee. Voice commands through cloud services and remote access from a phone outside the home need the internet. We will explain this before you buy.

We recommend devices with Zigbee support or local integration, and use cloud Wi-Fi bulbs only where it makes sense. We check compatibility against the Home Assistant list of supported devices before you buy. The final choice stays with you.

The system keeps its settings and resumes once power returns, but time-based scenes may be off by a few minutes. We recommend a UPS for the server. We make a backup of the configuration at handover so it can be restored quickly.
