To avoid surprises, here is what the base price does not cover and what is discussed separately:

  • Building the interface in code: markup and code are done by the development team and priced separately
  • Running user tests with real people, if needed: this is a separate stage
  • Endless redesigns of whole screens after approval: extra rounds are priced separately

FAQ

We make the layouts in Figma. You get a link to the file where you can leave comments, and at the end a PDF with the screens. If you need another format, such as Sketch or Adobe XD, we will agree on it before the work starts.

Each stage, the structure, the prototype and the layouts, includes two rounds of edits. They cover refinements, not a change of task. If you decide to change the brief, we will agree on the timing and cost of the changes in advance.

A description of the business and goals, a list of the main actions the user should take, and the logo or brand colours if you already have them. It also helps to look at 2-3 sites you like and explain what exactly you like about them.

We hand over the source files and mockups after payment, and they remain yours for further development. We check the fonts and icon libraries for licensing.

No, but if a developer is already in place, we agree the handover format and component names with them in advance. If you do not have one, we can discuss choosing one separately.

Yes, a dark theme can be part of the colour set and components if discussed at the start. If it is added later, some screens will have to be reworked.

Small edits within the agreed structure are part of the work in rounds. If the scenario logic itself changes, it is a new task and we agree its scope separately.
