Who it is for

For cafes, bakeries, home kitchens, grocery and flower shops that deliver around town. It is needed once orders come in by the dozen and tracking them by hand in chat gets difficult.

Not included

To avoid surprises, here is what the base price does not cover and what is discussed separately:

Couriers and vehicles, as you organise the delivery yourself
Card payment in the bot, which can be added separately through a provider API by agreement
The server for the bot, set up in your name and paid at the provider rate

We agree the buttons, texts, notifications, price and timeline in a written agreement. 50% is paid upfront.

We build the bot and give you test access: you press every button yourself and send us your comments.

We connect the bot to your account and notifications and explain how to manage it. The remaining 50% is paid after delivery.

FAQ

The customer types the address or sends a location from Telegram. The address reaches you with the order, and the courier can open it on a map.

Yes, working hours are set in the bot, and you can pause intake by hand with a command. Outside hours the customer sees when you open.

The catalog bot only shows products and passes on a request. This bot runs the whole order: cart, address, delivery, statuses and customer notifications.

The address can be typed in manually, and if it is incomplete the bot asks for clarification. This way the courier gets accurate information.

We change the menu and prices at your request, and agree the data exchange method at the start. This way edits do not require rebuilding the bot.

Integration with a cash register is not part of the base work. However, a copy of each order goes to a work chat or spreadsheet, which you can use for accounting.

The order is recorded in the bot, and payment on delivery works as it does now until online payment is connected. The customer sees the order status in the chat.
