Our team visits the site, checks the doors, power supply and the spot for each reader, then mounts the controllers, locks and intercom panels. We set up access cards or codes, add the first users and test that every door opens correctly. Work is done on visits to Almaty; we do not do on-site work in other cities.

Not included

To avoid surprises, here is what the base price does not cover and what is discussed separately:

  • Doors, locks, readers, cards, key fobs and cables: bought separately, at cost or by you
  • On-site work outside Almaty: visits are currently made only to this city
  • Plastering, drilling and electrical work in the building beyond the plan: if needed, you or your contractor do it

FAQ

Swing doors and other doors where a lock compatible with the chosen system can be fitted. Before the visit we ask for a photo of the door and a description: type, whether it opens inward or outward, and whether there is a fire exit. We choose the lock based on these details.

Stable operation needs a backup power source, for example a battery with a power supply unit. Its cost is not in the estimate and is bought separately. We will tell you what capacity your locks and controller need.

The administrator you appoint. We show how to add or remove a card and change a code, and give access to the settings. If you want us to do this regularly, it is outside this service and is paid separately by agreement.

We check the route before the visit, and you buy the cables. Running cable through the building follows the agreed plan, with no grooves or drilling beyond the diagram.

Remote management through an app or the cloud is not part of the base visit. We discuss it separately once the site's setup is clear.

The number depends on the doors and users. We add the first users during the visit, and you add the rest following the instructions.

A new door needs another visit, a check and connection. We assess the scope and timing on site, since each door is different.
