Catalog and terms
We go through your range, payment and delivery options and where product data comes from: a spreadsheet, 1C or manual entry.

Estimate
The store features, price and timeline are fixed in a written agreement. 50% is paid upfront.

Building the store
We set up product cards, the cart and order intake. You check the store on a test link with your own products.

Launch
We publish the store and show you how to add products and see orders. The remaining 50% is paid after delivery.

FAQ

It depends on the configuration and the way access is set up. Before we start we look at your database and agree how to connect, either through a standard service or an HTTP interface. If access is not available yet, it must be arranged in advance.

Such an item will not match automatically and will appear in the error log. We show the list of these items so you can fix them in your accounting system.

We compare stock and prices on a copy of your data, send test orders and confirm there are no duplicates. Only after that do we switch on the live exchange.

The exchange can be set on a schedule or triggered by events. We choose the frequency at the start, based on the number of products and orders.

The new price reaches the site at the next exchange. That is why we fix in advance the priority rule: accounting system or website.

Yes, temporary access to the accounting system and a test database is needed. After launch access can be closed, and you keep all logins.

We hand over the instructions and the error log so issues are visible. If the exchange breaks because of changes in 1C or MoySklad, the fix is assessed separately.
