FAQ

You receive the Packet Tracer scheme, the calculations and a file of explanatory notes for your own study, and you can use them in your learning. We do not publish your work or pass it to third parties. Responsibility for the submission and for presenting it honestly stays with you.

The price includes two rounds of revisions: fixing addressing, settings and the scheme after your comments, and explanations on a call. If the topology or the set of tasks changes, that is a new order, and we agree on it in advance.

Usually 1 to 4 working days from receiving the assignment and the diagram. A rush mode is possible by agreement, but a large topology will need more time. We schedule the call once the scheme is fully working.

The full text of the assignment, the source diagram or topology description, the given addresses and subnets, the required protocols, the Packet Tracer version and the due date. If the assignment includes an example of command output, please send it too.

No, the reviewer gives the result, so we cannot guarantee a pass. We explain the solution so that you can justify every setting and repeat a similar scheme yourself.

Our main tool is Cisco Packet Tracer, we calculate addressing in a spreadsheet. If your reviewer requires GNS3 or another emulator, tell us in advance and we will do the work in it, where possible.

No, in this service we work only with training diagrams. Setting up real equipment requires separate agreement and access, and for office work please contact the network specialist responsible for your infrastructure.
