Who it is for

For online shops, services, clinics, lawyers and companies that need clear texts on the website and in newsletters but have no in-house copywriter. It is not a fit if you need promises of guaranteed sales, medical or legal guarantees that a specialist has not checked, or mass-generated text without editing.

Not included

To avoid surprises, here is what the base price does not cover and what is discussed separately:

  • Photos and videos for cards and pages: we write the texts, and you prepare or separately order the visuals
  • Technical upload of texts to the site or email layout in a newsletter service
  • Guaranteed search positions or sales growth from the texts
  • Legal and medical review of texts: such materials are checked with a specialist by you

FAQ

After payment the texts belong fully to you, and you can use them on the website, in newsletters, in cards and in ads. We do not show your texts as examples without your consent. If a text uses other people's quotes, images or trademarks, we will tell you and will not include them without rights.

The price includes two rounds of revisions after the first version: changing the tone, structure, headings and individual sentences. A full rewrite for a different goal or a new audience is paid separately and agreed in advance.

Usually 1 to 3 working days for one page or a pack of cards, once we have the product data and answers to our questions about the business. A large volume, such as several dozen cards, is estimated separately and we name the timing after the estimate.

We need a description of the business and of your products or services, your strengths, the prices and delivery terms you are happy to publish, the tone you want to use, and examples of texts you like. For cards, send the specifications from your catalogue. The more detailed the data, the fewer questions and revisions there will be.

We pick queries using Yandex Wordstat and search statistics, compare them with what your customers are looking for, and choose a few main ones. We place them in headings and descriptions so that the text stays readable. The texts do not guarantee a place in search results, which depends on the site, competitors and technical settings.

For each email we write a subject line, a preheader, the main text and one clear call to action. We take into account who it is for: new subscribers or those who have already bought. We deliver the texts in a form that is easy to paste into a service such as SendPulse or Mailchimp. You send the newsletter yourself, we do not run the sending.

Yes, we do proofreading and style editing as a separate service. You send the text, and we fix the errors, align the tone and suggest clearer wording with explanations. The final price is counted per page or card, the same as for writing from scratch.
