Your Kaspi subscription and commissions, plus the fee for your shop on the platform
Platform rule changes that may affect the API (we update the integration separately)
Running the shop, product cards and buyer replies: the integration does not replace the seller's work

Process review
We look at how leads or data move today, where time is lost and which tools you already use.

Diagram and price
We draw a diagram of what goes where, then give you a price and timeline. We fix them in the agreement; 50% is paid upfront.

We connect the services to each other and test with sample data so that nothing gets lost.

Launch and instructions
We switch the automation on with real data and hand over short instructions. The remaining 50% is paid after delivery.

FAQ

Access to your seller account and the API access you set up there. We also need a product list with SKUs so we can match it to your system.

The Kaspi subscription and platform commissions. Extra reports, links to other services or complex accounting logic are priced separately and agreed in advance.

You receive an operations log and a guide. In the first weeks we check that orders and stock levels match, and fix any mismatches we find.

Each order is stored under its unique Kaspi number, so reloading the same number creates no copy. The exchange can be safely restarted.

Stock is matched by SKU codes that must be identical in your system and the Kaspi cabinet. Unmatched products go into a report for you to fix.

The exchange retries after a pause, and the error goes to the log and an alert. Orders that did not transfer are loaded after the connection recovers.
